ما هو plc ، سهلت التكنولوجيا الكتير من الوظائف و جعلتها تعمل بنظام اوتوماتيك من خلال مجموعة اوامر و ليس فقط فى حياتنا اليومية لكن ايضا فى الصناعات الثقيلة و اصبح بيوفر عمالة و تكلفة. من اشهر الطرق لتنفيذها هى (PLC) او programming logic controllers. هو عبارة عن نظام مكون من اجهزة كمبيوتر و مكونات لقياس معيار و نتائج مختلفة و على اساسها بتنفذ اوامر معينة بتختلف على حسب النتائج.
من وصف المختصر ل (PLC) نجد انها لا تفرق عن micro controllers. لكن فى فرق كبير بينهم.
من اهم الوظائف اللى بتفرق (PLC) عن اى micro controller هى الكفاءة و قدرة العمل. ال (PLC) دايما بيتم استخدامها لبرمجة الالات و معدات ثقيلة لأمور معقدة و مختلفة على عكس ال micro controller اللى بيتم استخدامها فى امور اقل تعقيدا.
و يعتبر (PLC) مرن اكتر فى التعامل عن ال micro controller على سبيل المثال Arduino kit بيكون فيها عدد معين من المداخل و اذا حصل مشكلة او تلف فى اى جزء من kit بتحتاج انك تغيير kit .لكن فى (PLC) تقدر تغير فى عدد المداخل و تغيير فى اى جزء اتعرض للتلف.
Technology has now simplified many needs and made it operate automatically through a set of commands. Not only this is in our daily life, but it is not that it continues to enter into heavy industries and still provides labor and cost. One of these needs is PLC or programming logic controllers. It is a system made up of computers and components to measure different standards and results, and on the basis of them, certain orders are executed that differ according to the results.
From the acronym for PLC, we will see that there is no difference between it and any other micro controllers one of the most important needs that differentiate PLC from any micro controller is efficiency and workability. The (PLC) is always used to program machines and heavy equipment for complex and different matters, unlike the micro controller which is used for less complex matters.
(PLC) is more flexible in dealing with the micro controller, for example the Arduino kit, it has a certain number of entrances, and if there is a problem or damage to any part of the kit, you need to change the kit. But in (PLC) you can change the number of entrances and a change in any part that was damaged.
